This has been fixed and will be in the next GEMS-1-14 release.

voted 8 times - 8 parties - on SB database - totals on TS tape still coming up 64 BUT now uploading to gems and printing summary shows no results at all except that AB precincts have reported -  I can view ballot images and the votes are there on the ballots - but not in Gems
