AVTS 3-13-5-4 & 3-13-5-5 - Pollbook & Ballot Station - Failed writing to printer device

I have loaded the
AVTS version 3.13.5.4 for Pollbook & AVTS version 3.13.5.5 for Ballot
Station. On both versions when I print out a Zero Report or any other
report, I get the error message Failed writing to printer device. Some of
the reports come out but does not finish. Is there a way to increase the
buffer size for the printer, or is this in the software???
