I can't reproduce it with the instructions below. Can you? If clicking refresh caused the crash, then its possible the problem is very sensitive to exactly what was selected when you clicked refresh. I have gone back and forth between card header and header, but no luck. This one is worth a beer; I'd like to see it squashed.

In the attached database, after changing header 50 to a card header in the Type group box in the Header Editor, resetting artwork, generating artwork and then clicking on the Refresh button, I received the following application error message:
