not implemented until after the 1.11 series, so there isn't a straightforward
solution here. I will change the internal error to a
"Ballot No Longer Exists" message box.

Another point Ken, before I ask Dmitry to
release - have you implemented the request regarding the Internal Error when
ballot artwork is re-generated and the GEMS window not refreshed?
