RE: GEMS 1-11-13-3 download console error

Its very unlikely a OS specific thing, but hey anything is possible.  Nel,
try it out on a NT4 machine in the office and see if it makes any
difference.  I think Soph is still on NT.  Failing that, I am in the process
of putting together a 1.11 release that has the cryptic internal error
messages that include module and line number, like in 1.17.  I might be able
to fix it without actually seeing it happen if I know the line number of the
error.
