RE: Texas Cert Log Printer Problems

It was a build problem, though I can't fault the build engineer.  We will release a 1.17.13 shortly that re-enables the Texas Log.

GEMS 1-17-11-2 is the last release that worked with the Log Printer.  I can't use this release for Texas Cert, since I cannot download to the AccuVote-TS, I get the error: Internal Error, TSElectionObj.h; Line 75; Date May 25th.  This was fixed in later releases, I.e.. Gems 1-17-11-3, and GEMS 1-17-12, but somehow,("Aliens, or Ukrainians"), the Log Printer stopped working:).
