Subject: cards with base prec.
The attached election is in 1-11-2. After rotation
the old cards that no longer exist continue to appear on the report "cards
with base precincts" even though those cards are no longer a part of the
election. There are no base precincts associated, but it is confusing to the
customer. Any ideas?
