After disconnecting the battery - I plugged it in and turned it on - NOTHING - then I popped the fuse out -  am waiting to hear from Steve Rickie regarding how to tell if it is blown or not - Ian is not there - so that's the latest-

BTW - where are we to ship units back to that need to be repaired ?  the Serial # on this one is 100040
thanks

Tari,

The AccuVoteTS units have an automatic shut down when the power supplied to the system gets too low.  I would check that you really have power supplied to the unit, (check the power at the plug and check the cable is securely plugged into the unit).  Also check the fuse next to the power plug.  There could also be a problem with the power supply so I would suggest you disconnect the battery and then try to turn the unit on.

I am  having trouble with my R6 -  I came back from being gone for 2 weeks and powered it on only to have it shutdown by itself - It has been plugged in for 2 days and I turned it on this morning and it gets to the Windows CE Desktop and shuts off.

Anyone got any ideas about what is going on?
I plan to send it back for service unless I can fix it here.
Thanks
Tari
