I have had many customer comments regarding the unequal space
for the first and last candidates when double spacing. I put in a blank
header as the first entry in the candidate list, clicked the top line in another
header with a thick L/R and dragged it onto the candidate list. The
spacing appears equal between the line and first candidate appears equal to the
last candidate.
