MN Stats Section Of The AV Tape Needs to print at the end of EACH precinct in a multiple precinct vote center

Date Requested:    February 13, 2001
Requested By:    Dakota, Anoka, and Washington Co.'s in Minnesota
Date Needed:    By November 1, 2001 (MN county wide School Board elections are in November)

Description:    This RCR concerns the AccuVote results tape that is generated when a unit has been set into election mode and is being used to count multiple report precincts at a single vote center (using 195Anoka abo and 1.95e roms).  The above named accounts need to have the AccuVote, in cases of multiple precinct vote centers, print the statistics section at the end of the totals from EACH precinct and have the "Ballots Cast" and the "Ballots Cast Summary" (currently printed directly after the precinct name) printed at the beginning of the statistics section.  Currently, if there is more than one report precinct being counted at a vote centeronly one statistics section is printed at the end of the tape.

Motivation:    Minnesota law requires that these statistics are reported by precinct (one of the reasons for the 195Anoka abo to begin with).   The current configuration doesn't give the poll workers any place to record precinct stats for the first one or two report precincts that are printed on the tape.

P.S.     Would it also be possible to change the name of the abo from 195Anoka to 195MN?  Our friends in MN think we're a bit partial to our beloved Anoka.
