Same candidate represents multi parties

Candidate to be given one vote even though voted for more than once in the same race.

The State of New York allows a candidate to represent more than one party and to be listed for each party they represent in the same race.  There are twelve parties.

In the event the absentee voter votes more than once for the same candidate in the same race, the vote will go to the highest ranking party.

Currently, the lever machine prevents the voter from voting more than the race allows.

Is this called cross endorse?
