What sort of heading do they want?  Do they want the heading to appear above
the oval (or below, or to one side...).  I take it from your message that
the ballot must list the Delegate nominees (maybe a dozen or so?) for each
Presidential candidate along with the Presidential candidate's name.  I'm
intrigued by this, Jeff, so let me know how I can help.
