According to Barry Herron, the state
of Kansas has cancelled the Presidential Primary Election in April
2000.

Yes we have some 30+ accounts in Kansas.
Adkins prints for all the others except Wyandotte Co. The State cancelled
the election.

cancelled. The bids will be let for the Aug and Nov elections
only.
