AccuVote Memory Card Issues

Who in Global is responsible for finding and fixing

• the memory cards being corrupted at high rate
• the AccuVotes needing to be turned on and off repeatedly during election day,
• and reader failures? 

To whom do we direct customer letters and inquiries within our organzation regarding these items.
