It freezes up at various places within PollBook,
not at one specific point. Keyboard totally locks up, Ctrl-Alt-Del no
help. Have to power off - then of course scandisk starts at power
up. Using Win98.

What are the users doing
when it locks up. Are they in the process of burning a smart card or are
they just at a data entry screen. Does
<CTRL>-<ALT>-<DEL> do anything?
What OS are they running (95
or 98)?
