Lock up occurs with the create card screen up, but it does not seem to have a preference when they lock up.  Some while burning cards and some while sitting idle.

    What are the users doing when it locks up. Are they in the process of burning a smart card or are they just at a data entry screen.  Does <CTRL>-<ALT>-<DEL> do anything?

 

    What OS are they running (95 or 98)?
