  Done.  See http://staff.gesn.com/resources/gems/index.html .  It should probably have it's own category but I have no idea what category so it's in with GEMS stuff for now.  Suggestions welcome.

  I added a note to it near the top with the latest number that Steve posted.  Let me know if it doesn't show up in the standard PDF reader.  I also added the Dell Support number to the Contacts page side panel at http://staff.gesn.com/contacts/index.html .
