RE: Tucson error running central count

Only guesses:

(1)    Two copies of GEMS running.
(2)    Someone thought they were clever and moved the GEMS install directory without changing the registry.
(3)    They don't have permissions on the directory.

Bottom line with that error is that GEMS can't write to that directory because it doesn't exist or because it doesn't have permission.  Check that the directory actually exists and that you can write to it.  You can find out the latter by opening notepad and trying to save a hello.txt file there.  If you can't, neither can GEMS.

Subject: Tucson error running central count

anyone seen this one or know why it would appear and what is causing it?

Access to C:\Program Files\ GEMS\Data\00d32cee\Poster\0 was denied

This is the same error they got before they sent their system to TX for repair and it is still coming up...
They need a solution quickly

thanks
