GEMS Users Guide rev 5 for 1.17.15

I have checked the ftp site for GEMS Users Guide rev 5 for 1.17.15 dated
Oct 2, 2001. The closest I can find is rev 4 on the ftp site. I see by
the date in the zip file that rev 4 may be the right file with the wrong
name, but I need the password to check.

Anybody know the password? Can somebody give me a brief
explanation on the general policies regarding passwords? When to use
them, how to find them, etc.

If this is the wrong file, does anyone have the latest Users Manual for
GEMS 1.17.17?
