I believe that
there is a certification effort that must be undertaken to get 1.96 accepted by
the masses. It will have to go to
Wyle. The effort was started 6
months ago, but ran into a lack of resources. Now that you are Diebold, this should be examined and a
project put together to get 1.96.? certified. The timing of this seemed to be critical for GBS in

Card corruption or data losses in Minnesota. I believe they are not using
