I believe that there is a certification effort that must be undertaken to get 1.96 accepted by the masses.  It will have to go to Wyle.  The effort was started 6 months ago,

The effort was started Thursday February 1, 2001.  14.5 months ago.  I remember it well.

but ran into a lack of resources.

I don’t think that was the problem.

Now that you are Diebold, this should be examined and a project put together to get 1.96.? certified.  The timing of this seemed to be critical for GBS in Illinois.

So we were told 14.5 months ago.
