How about the cart being used in Maryland that holds two stacks of ten???

See attached for images of the 4 unit cart.
 
They also come in a 5, 6, and 7 unit configuration.  The side rails are extruded aluminum.  All that was needed to go from a 4 unit design to a 7 unit design is cut the extrusion at a longer length and add more partitions and supports.  The 7 unit cart was tested by staff in N. Canton.  To my knowledge, that is the limit of this design.  We don't want to stretch it any farther.
