Steve- I agree with Nel, I do not
think it is intended to be that way, but with the limited amount of time that
we have had with the R6, this is something noticed in testing. I only bring up Penn because that was

alot of problems for folks with shaky hands, bracelets that hang from peoples
wrists, and inadvertant touching of other candidates, which occurs a significant

selected, but when I went into the ballot, I then could change a vote by simply touching a candidate of
a different party. The point I am
making is that I did not have to touch the “Red X’ to remove the vote before I
selected a vote for another candidate.
This sounds like a requirement that Pennsylvania had in changing a vote
