Choose party screen, open primary, GEMS 1-17-12, AVTS 4-0-1 & 4-0-2

On the screen where I choose the party I wish to vote for in an open
primary, the texts showing the names of the parties were displayed in vastly
different font sizes (about 20 vs. 10).  This despite the fact that the
labels and RTF for both voter groups were set up with the same fonts.

Also, how can the text on the button which says "Okay" be controlled?  It is
very small.  And what if an alternate wording is required, such as "Choose
Party" or "Proceed"?
